Starting off with Historic Old Town. Old Town is full of independent boutiques, delicious bakeries, busy patios, gelato shops and bed& breakfasts. Unwind after work on a Queen Street patio with live music or see a live play at the Shaw Festival Theatre.
Next we have a golfer's waterfront paradise. Enjoy Mississauga Beach, with stunning views of our next door neighbour New York State, Fort Mississauga, Fort George and Lake Ontario. Get a hole-in-one at the Niagara-On-The-Lake Golf Course, and watch the sunset as you walk the short path from Mississauga Beach to Mississauga Point to Fort Mississauga.
Taking our tour south to the last area/neighborhood on today's list, next, we travel along the Niagara Parkway to Queenston. Queenston is home to Queenston Heights Parks, Queen Victoria Park, Botanical Gardens, the Southern most point of the Bruce Trail, and Paradise Grove Trail.
With so much history and so much to explore in these 3 areas alone, Niagara-On-The-Lake is one of Ontario's Best Kept Secrets.
